About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer who holds themselves to an uncommon standard of quality. You will design and build production-grade web applications, SaaS platforms, and complex APIs for Lynxiz clients — and contribute to our own internal product suite. You'll work with a small, high-calibre team where your output is visible and your impact is real.
What You'll Do
- Architect and build full-stack web applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Node.js
- Design and implement scalable database schemas in PostgreSQL with Drizzle ORM
- Build and maintain RESTful and tRPC APIs consumed by web and mobile clients
- Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect, accessible UI components
- Lead technical decision-making on client projects from discovery through deployment
- Contribute to code reviews, maintain high test coverage, and enforce engineering standards
- Participate in client discovery calls and help scope technical solutions accurately
- Mentor mid-level developers and help level up the team's collective capability
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience
- Deep expertise in React and Next.js (App Router, Server Components, SSR/SSG)
- Strong TypeScript skills — no any types, no shortcuts
- Production experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design
- Experience building and consuming REST and GraphQL APIs
- Strong understanding of web performance, security, and accessibility
- Ability to work independently, communicate proactively, and manage your own time
- Portfolio of real-world production applications (required — share it)
Nice to Have
- Experience with tRPC and end-to-end type safety
- Flutter or React Native mobile development
- AI/LLM integration experience (OpenAI, Anthropic APIs)
- Familiarity with infrastructure: AWS, Vercel, Docker, CI/CD
- Previous agency or studio experience
